AEORankCheck, our website checker

AEORankCheck reads websites for SnackSEO's free AI visibility check (dev.aeorankcheck.com). It visits a site only when someone checks that business here, or when AI assistants name the business in a check's answers.

What it reads

• The checked business's home page, robots.txt and sitemap.xml, when it's checked, to see whether AI assistants can read the site.
• The home page and icons of a business named in the answers, to show its logo. A logo found is kept for a month.

That's all: it doesn't follow a page's links, fill in forms or log in, and it reads at most 1.5 MB a page. It comes from our servers and introduces itself as:

Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; AEORankCheck/1.0; +https://dev.aeorankcheck.com/bot)

Speed scores come from Google's PageSpeed Insights, which visits as Google's own tester, not as AEORankCheck. Read more about how the check works.
